A very rare opportunity to aquire a Tudor Period mounted oak carving of Saint Barbara with dragon and tower.
This item dating from circa early to mid 16th century AD ,and in the reign of King Henry V111 is a fabulous looking piece.
It shows saint Barbara pulling a dragon from the tower ...the dragon being the devil and casting him out...A large carving together with two of its roundals mounted on a 17th century panel.
This item would grace any collection and make an ideal centre piece in any home / office.
Easy to display.

Ex. Private collection late 1960s early 1970s.
